Comic-Con International: San Diego

  • San Diego Convention Center (map)
  • Google Calendar ICS

Comic-Con International: San Diego began in 1970 when a group of comics, movie, and science fiction fans banded together to put on the first comic book convention in southern California. Dedicated to creating awareness of, and appreciation for, comics and related popular artforms, Comic-Con has expanded across the globe at conventions and events that celebrate the historic and ongoing contribution of comics to art and culture.

If you'll be attending the San Diego event this year, stop by and say hi to us at booth #1619.

Oregon Bigfoot Festival

So big, it's back for its second year—the Oregon Bigfoot Festival returns to the wooded Glenn Otto Park in Troutdale, Oregon. For a $5 suggested donation (just $2 for kids 12 and under), you can join fellow believers in enjoying all things Bigfoot (or as we like to call him, Sasquatch). Shop for your favorite Bigfoot-wares, catch some nationally known guest speakers and maybe even spot the big guy himself.
